On Thursday, April 4, Rutas Alternas facilitated a meeting with the mayor of Culebra, Honorable Iván Solís, and skatepark designer Roberto "Boly" Cortés, who has designed, constructed, and assisted on the creation of multiple skateparks across Puerto Rico..  Also present on this day was Justin Massanet, who at 11 years young showed up to the Alcadía of Culebra with skateboard in hand to participate in a presentation of a beautiful skatepark designed just for Culebra.
